‘The Heritage of This Place’: Sculpture to be dedicated Sunday in Roseau, Minn.
Blacksmith Sue Suess built a sculpture honoring the city's heritage with help from her husband Joel Miller. It'll eventually be located near the Roseau River. Annette Hermansen, who helped raise funds for the sculpture, said it would help the community enjoy the Roseau River and overcome the fear it caused when it flooded in 2002.
