A 32-year-old Missoula man who police say sexually assaulted a 5-year-old North Dakota girl during her visits to Montana has been charged with sexual intercourse without consent. The Missoulian reports that Ryan Eugene Marsh was charged in Missoula County Justice Court, and that his bail on Friday was set at $250,000.
