Jim Odegard dies
Odegard served as GF County State’s attorney from 1979 until his retirement in 2002
Many people in the region probably think of Jim Odegard as the former longtime Grand Forks County state’s attorney, but friends and family members say they will remember him as a “gentleman” in both his professional and private life. Odegard died Tuesday evening after a long fight with lymphoma. He was 73.
