Man accused in kidnap/assault located in Anoka County
A fugitive accused in Pope County of kidnapping and beating his ex-girlfriend has been arrested in Anoka County. Pope County Sheriff Timothy Riley said Wednesday authorities arrested the 39-year-old man after he was spotted in a car in Anoka County Tuesday evening.
