Apparently, Perham High School football knows how to crank out dual-threat quarterbacks. On Wednesday, East Grand Forks Senior High was Perham quarterback Jordan Hein’s latest target. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound senior rushed for 216 yards and four touchdowns as Perham beat the Green Wave 24-6 at Senior High Field.
