ST. PAUL — The hurdles events always seemed to be an area of strength on Dan Fabian-coached Roseau High School track teams. Now Fabian faces a different type of hurdle. And he doesn’t see himself taking that slow, gradual process. Mr. Fabian is going to St. Paul. The 56-year-old is a rookie in the Minnesota State House of Representatives. The legislative session begins Tuesday and is scheduled to run into late May.
