Highway 81 reopens; most river levels dropping
U.S. Highway 81 has reopened in Minto, N.D., according to the North Dakota Department of Transportation. The Forest River, which flows through Minto, had dropped about 1.5 feet, to 6.7 feet at 7:15 a.m. today, from a crest of 8.28 feet on Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.
