Grand Forks’s new hockey arena $2 million away
Construction of another hockey arena in Grand Forks is $2 million away. The money could come in one gift — which would give the donor naming rights to the two-rink facility — or it could come from a combination of smaller amounts. What’s clear is that the deadline is nearing to acquire enough money to have an additional facility when hockey season rolls around again.
