A Wisconsin man who was jailed after a Minnesota state trooper rammed his van put pencil to paper to calculate his damages. Sam Salter spent two days in jail after a traffic stop that the State Patrol said this week was mishandled. Salter suggested a $9,500 settlement, saying he was "not interested in making money off this event."
