What began as an ordinary pumpkin patch has become a labor of love for a Voss, N.D. family. The patch has become the core of a fundraiser called “Pumpkins for Pat.” The campaign is named for Pat Mach, 42, of Minto, N.D., who was killed in a snowmobile accident in February.
