Wells County man charged with firing gun in home
A Heimdal, N.D., man was charged with a firing a gun in front of two young children during a struggle with his wife. Steve Deaton is also accused of chasing his wife out of her house with a sword, as well as cutting up items inside the house. In total, Deaton was charged with six counts Wednesday in Wells County District Court, including four felonies.
