Elizabeth Johnson Wolfe, 77, of Grand Forks, ND passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2013 in Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.

Elizabeth Johnson was born May 9, 1935 in Dunseith, ND the daughter of Norman and Eva (Day) Johnson. She was raised and educated in Dunseith. Elizabeth married Alex Wolfe in Sydney, MT. Following their marriage, they worked and lived in many locations throughout the United States and Canada. Following the death of Alex, she moved to Grand Forks, where she resided until her death. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, always caring for her family and raising several of her grandchildren. Elizabeth was a devout Christian, reading her Bible daily and always praying for her family. She enjoyed reading, listening to Gospel music, classical country music and creating Native American beadwork.
