The St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Grand Forks will begin at 3 p.m. March 12 at the intersection of South Third Street and Kittson Avenue in downtown Grand Forks, then proceed southward on North Third Street for five blocks. Everyone is welcome to join — individuals, pets and floats.
