Not even frigid North Dakota winter weather can cool Anne-Marie Studer’s enthusiasm for outdoor running. “Just because it’s cold outside, doesn’t mean you don’t run,” Studer said. “You just pile on more layers.” At the end of her daily runs, it’s more typical to be too warm, than too cold, Studer noted.
