Some pet rabbits warned a Finley woman and man about a garage fire that damaged their home. The rabbits were kept in the garage. Steele County Sheriff Wayne Beckman says Tracy Jacobson noticed the fire after she heard the rabbits making noise early Thursday.

The funding package to rehabilitate the existing sanitary system consists of a loan of $942,000 and a grant of $758,000.
