Myrna Doreen Serr passed away peacefully with her devoted family by her side under the care of Lund Home Hospice of the Valley in Gilbert, AZ on March 11th.Myrna was born March 1st, 1944 to the parents of Delos and Mildred (Kulseth) Whitman in McVille, ND. She attended college at Mayville State. She married the love of her life and devoted husband Duane on June 7th, 1964.

Myrna was born March 1st, 1944 to the parents of Delos and Mildred (Kulseth) Whitman in McVille, ND. She attended college at Mayville State. She married the love of her life and devoted husband Duane on June 7th, 1964.
Myrna was an active member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Sharon, ND, Birthday Club Member, loved going to the casinos, mowing the lawn, gourmet chef during harvest season, The Fighting Sioux, shopping and most of all, her family and grandchildren.
Myrna is survived by Duane of 48 years of Sharon, ND; Their children Sherry Serr and daughter Harlee Melland of Aneta, ND; Wendy Serr (Jason McCardle) and daughters Shaina Mart and Tianna McCardle of Cooperstown, ND; Son Jerrod Serr (Becky Schoepflin) and children Justin, Corey and Jessica Schoepflin all of Sharon, ND; Brother Todd and (Cheryl) Whitman and daughter Mandy all of Aneta, ND; Brother-in-Law Virgil Serr of Sharon and his children, Kiele, Kris and Barbie Jo; Sister-in-Law Denise Whitman, Waterville, MN and her children Dennis II and Gretchen.
She was preceded in death by her Parents Delos and Mildred Whitman, Stepfather Gwen Hagen, Brother Dennis Whitman, Grandson Garett Melland, Father and Mother In-Law Ted and Thelma (Rendahl) Serr.
Funeral services for Myrna will be Friday, March 22, 2013 at 2 pm in the Sundahl Lutheran Church of Aneta, ND. Visitation will be Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 5 pm to 7 pm with a prayer service at 7 pm in the Cooperstown Funeral Chapel and continue one hour prior to services in the church. Spring interment will be in the Silent Hill Cemetery, Aneta, ND. Arrangements with the Cooperstown Funeral Chapel.
