RUGBY, N.D. - Rhonda Brossart, 59, Rugby, died Tuesday in Heart of America Care Center.
Friends may greet family from 10-11 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m., Saturday at the Bethany Lutheran Church in Rugby. Burial will be in the spring in Persilla Watts Cemetery in Rugby.
