Beverly J. Yearke, 87, of East Grand Forks, MN, passed away Monday, February 25, 2013, at Valley Eldercare in Grand Forks, ND.Beverly was born October 23, 1925 in Grand Forks to Frank and Clara (Running) Whalen. She attended Central High School and was later married to George Yearke on February 15, 1944 in East Grand Forks. She worked for the Implement Dealers Mutual Fire Insurance and in 1962; she joined her husband in operating the 220 market in East Grand Forks until 1975. They went on to operate the G&B Second Hand Antique shop until its closing in November 2006.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents; husband George in 2004; sisters: Mariann Wilson, Lavonne “Peewee” Thompson; and stepfather Melville LaForce.

Interment: Spring 2013 at Memorial Park South, Grand Forks, ND
