Oscar Joseph Corneillie, 85, of Austin, Minnesota passed away Friday, February 8, 2013.

Oscar was born and grew up in Joliett, ND. He spent most of his adult years between St. Thomas and Grafton, ND. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

Oscar Joseph Corneillie, 85, of Austin, Minnesota passed away Friday, February 8, 2013.

Oscar was born and grew up in Joliett, ND. He spent most of his adult years between St. Thomas and Grafton, ND. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

Oscar leaves behind to cherish his memory his sons; Oscar "Buddy" (Lenelle) Corneillie, Jr., and David Corneillie both of Thief River Falls, MN, Mike Nelson of East Grand Forks, MN and Jason (Kris) Lorenzen of Springfield, MN, daughters; Karen (Dan) Sandahl of East Grand Forks, MN, Kristy (Kent) Wagner and Kelly Nelson both of Thief River Falls, MN, Jerri (Jeff) Schmidt of Buffalo, MN, Joanne (Mike) Thorson and Peggy (Terry) Corneillie both of Austin, MN, sister; Valentine Pelletier of Pembina, ND, 27 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.

Funeral services for Oscar will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 14, 2013 at the St. John's Lutheran Church in St. Thomas, North Dakota. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Inurnment will be at a later date.

Arrangements entrusted to Northern Peace Funeral Home of Walker, MN. On-line condolences may be left for the family at www.northernpeace.com.
