TUCSON, Ariz. - Joel “Joe” D. Kurtz, 56, Green Valley, Ariz., formerly Devils Lake, N.D., died Wednesday in University of Arizona Medical Center.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., with a rosary and scripture service at 7 p.m., Sunday at Gilbertson Funeral Home in Devils Lake. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Devils Lake.

Arrangements by Gilbertson Funeral Home in Devils Lake.
