PHOENIX, Ariz. - Ardis Sylvia Mahlum, 83, Fertile, Minn., wintering in Mesa, Ariz., died Saturday in Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., Monday at Concordia Lutheran Church in Fertile, Minn. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
