Donald Fredrick Stibbe, 82, died on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Sanford Health on the Palliative Care Unit in Fargo, North Dakota. Donald was born at home on August 20 1930 near Erie, North Dakota.

Donald graduated from Hunter High School. He farmed and raised livestock northwest of Hunter. He was a member of First Lutheran Church in Hunter, North Dakota.

Donald Fredrick Stibbe, 82, died on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Sanford Health on the Palliative Care Unit in Fargo, North Dakota. Donald was born at home on August 20 1930 near Erie, North Dakota.

Donald graduated from Hunter High School. He farmed and raised livestock northwest of Hunter. He was a member of First Lutheran Church in Hunter, North Dakota.

On October 10, 1954, he married Mary Ann Richtsmeier. Donald is survived by a son, Gary Stibbe, Fargo, ND; daughters, LeAnn (Dave) Haven, East Wenatchee, WA; Yvonne (Tom) Halstenson, Fargo, ND; Darla (Lloyd) Wallace, Keller, TX. Donald had four grandchildren, Erica (Jesse) Johnson, West Fargo, ND; Jon Halstenson, West Fargo, ND; Micah Haven, Tacoma, WA; and Jenna Haven, Missoula, MT. He had two great-grandchildren.

He is also survived by siblings, Elberta (Merlyn) Anderson, Hunter, ND; Marvin Stibbe, Arthur, ND; Beva Mae Peters, Fairfield, CA; Marilyn Rae (Edd) Rogers, Ozark, AL; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents (Fredrick and Emma Stibbe), step-father (Paul Stibbe), sister (Meredith Kae), sister-in-law (Audrey Stibbe), and brother-in-law (Carl Peters).

Visitation: One hour prior to services at the church.

Funeral: Sunday, January 20, 2013, 2:00 PM at First Lutheran Church, Hunter, North Dakota.

Interment: Hunter Cemetery, Hunter, North Dakota.
