Dicky M. Rothenberger Sr, 74, of Grand Forks ND, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013 in Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.

Dicky M. Rothenberger Sr. was born June 8, 1938 in Grand Forks, ND the son of Phillip and Lillian (Boese) Rothenberger. Dicky lived his life to the fullest. He enjoyed spending time with family and having cookouts. Before the flood, he owned GF Taxi with his wife, Shirley.

Dicky M. Rothenberger Sr, 74, of Grand Forks ND, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013 in Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.

Dicky M. Rothenberger Sr. was born June 8, 1938 in Grand Forks, ND the son of Phillip and Lillian (Boese) Rothenberger. Dicky lived his life to the fullest. He enjoyed spending time with family and having cookouts. Before the flood, he owned GF Taxi with his wife, Shirley.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann; his daughters, Michelle Mowder, ID, Robin (Andy) Mahlberg, Omaha, NE, Kelly (Wayne) Mitchell, ID, Laurie (Jon) Vacura, Grand Forks, ND; his sons, Michael (Michelle), Grafton, ND, John (Tammy), Rodney (Deanna), Dick Jr., (Katie) all of Grand Forks, ND; a sister, Gaynelle (Eddy) Eley of Grand Forks ND; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Dick loved Elvis and always said when his time came that, "I DID IT MY WAY!".

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bobby, Pork, Chuck, an infant sister; aunts and uncles.

Graveside Service: In the spring for family and close friends at the cemetery followed by a good old fashioned Rothenberger cook out!

Interment: Calvary Cemetery North, Grand Forks, ND.
