Amber F (Loyland) Walker, 88, of Hibbing died Wednesday Dec. 19th 2012 in her home surrounded by her family after a valiant fight against pancreatic cancer.

Born 1-11-1924 in Goodridge MN to Tellof & Tone (Overmoe) Loyland.

Amber F (Loyland) Walker, 88, of Hibbing died Wednesday Dec. 19th 2012 in her home surrounded by her family after a valiant fight against pancreatic cancer.

Born 1-11-1924 in Goodridge MN to Tellof & Tone (Overmoe) Loyland.

She graduated from Goodridge High School 1942.

Amber was preceded in death by her husbands Lonnie Buerger (WWII) and Patrick Walker; parents Tellof and Tone Loyland; brothers Olaf, Alvin and Alfred Loyland; sisters Theodora (Jesse) Anderson, Lillian (William) Banner, Clara (Otto) Hauger-Stolaas, Gladys (Pat) Clark; and, her daughters Catherine Buerger and Stephanie (Vogt) Walker and, grandson Spencer Corbett.

Amber is survived by her children: Connie Buerger, Independence; Greg (Barb) Walker, Savage; Brian (Bonnie) Walker, Catherine (John) Baratto, Pengilly; Loretta Melbostad, Ellsworth, WI; Jeffrey Walker, Hibbing; Jacqueline (Dana) Albrecht, Duluth; and, Richard (Cindy) Walker, Hibbing; and, several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 11th 2013 at the Goodland Community Center 11:00am - 2:00pm with a brief program at 12:00pm.
