As per his request, there will be no funeral.

Dear Kris & Jim, 12/28/12 I just returned from spending B'day & Christmas with Phillip & Susan. Darren has just moved there (12/19). We had all of us together including Doug & Susan, & Grandma Gin. Today Dad & Mom called from AZ. They told me that Bill had died on Saturday. I had been gone so I hadn't read about it. I was stunned to hear that he had. Had Bill been il, out of his house, & in Valley Eldercare for v. long? I want to tell you all that I am so saddened by his death and your loss.
