CROOKSTON, Minn. - Mildred Theoline Phalen, 94, Crookston, died Wednesday in Villa St. Vincent Nursing Home.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., today at Stenshoel-Houske Funeral Home in Crookston. Visitation will continue one hour before the funeral. The funeral will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Crookston. Interment will be in Oakdale Cemetery in Crookston.
