William O. "Billy", "Bill" Krenzel, 30, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2012 in an accident at his home in Grand Forks.
William Otto Krenzel was born on January 21, 1982 the son of Anthony "Tony" and Debra (Martin) Krenzel in Grand Forks. He attended St. Michael's Grade School and graduated form Sacred Heart High School, the class of 2000. Bill married Bianca J. D'Amato on September 11, 2012 in St. Michael's Catholic Church where he was a life long member.
For being such a young man, Bill was well known and had positively touched many lives. Although he was a life-long Grand Forks resident, his work as a pipefitter in the Local Union #300 took him many places. He was engaged in many hobbies and activities, especially being active and outdoors. Billy was treasured for his work ethic and big heart, his wry sense of humor and his wonderful way with kids and grandmas alike. Most of all, he will be remembered for his ability to live the bright side of life and to bring out the best in others.
He leaves behind many to mourn, but as a family man, he would be most focused on his family. He is survived by his wife, Bianca; children, Maya, Peyton and Rafe; parents, Tony and Deb Krenzel, Grand Forks, ND; siblings, TJ Krenzel, Fargo, ND and Catherine (Rik) Rodriguez, Colorado Springs, CO; grandmothers, Kay Martin, Buxton, ND and Isabel Tronson, Crookston, MN; mother-in-law, Joan Tronson, Crookston, MN. He also leaves to mourn many extended family members, which to Bill would include his friends and, of course, his union brothers.
He goes to join his grandparents, Otto and Catherine Krenzel, William Martin, and Walt Tronson.
