Belcourt, ND-76, passed away on Thursday, July 5 at Presentation Medical Center, Rolla, ND. Visitation: 5 PM on Tuesday, July 10 at his home on East Reservation Line, 9941 BIA #1, Belcourt, ND. Funeral Services will begin at 10 AM on Wednesday, July 11 at his home. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
