Eunice F. Jensen, 73, Green Bay, WI formerly of Carrington, ND, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at Bornemann Nursing Home Green Bay.
Eunice Faye Lange was born on May 10, 1938 in Carrington, ND the daughter of the now late Reinhold and Martha (Hoffman) Lange. On February 7, 1959 she married Clarence D. Jensen in Carrington, ND. To this union 4 children were born, Gary, Lisa, Joel and Todd, they later divorced.
Eunice worked various jobs in the Carrington area, the last being at Golden Acres manor in the housekeeping department. After leaving Golden Acres she spent time taking care of her parents.
She loved to cook, sew and spend time in her flower garden. Eunice also cherished time with family and friends.
Eunice is survived by her 3 sons Gary (Paula) Jensen, Grand Forks, ND; Joel (Peggy) Jensen, Green Bay, WI; Todd Jensen, Oshkosh, WI; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, one sister Luella Miller, Carrington, ND; one brother Gustav (Marlys) Lange, Carrington, ND; 1 brother-in-law Clifford Carr, sister-in-law Evanda Lange. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by 1 daughter Lisa Jensen, 1 grandson Gary L. Jensen, Jr., her parents Reinhold and Martha Lange, 3 brothers and 1 sister-in-law Herb and Becky Lange, Hugh and Reinhart, 2 sisters and 2 brothers-in-law Marge and Ray Ziegler, Louise Carr and Earl Miller, and 1 sister-in-law, Patricia Lange.
Visitation: Thursday, 1:00- 8:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home, Carrington, ND.
Funeral Service: Trinity Lutheran Church, Carrington, ND Friday, October 14, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Interment: Carrington Cemetery, Carrington, ND.
