Norbert, R. Gust, 75, of East Grand Forks, MN died Friday, July 15, 2011 at his home.
Norbert Gust was born June 5, 1936 in Sullivan Township, Polk County, MN the son of Charles J. and Mary A. (Kotrba) Gust. He grew up in the Tabor, MN area and attended rural Tabors School. He worked for Frank Mack Farms, for a number of years and then farmed with his brother Donald. He also worked at American Crystal Sugar Company during campaign time for a number of years, retiring at the age of 62 years.
He is survived by his sister Martha (Merle) Carter and brother David Gust both of East Grand Forks, MN, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters Helen Bruley, Mary Vanyo and 1 brother Donald Gust.
Memorial Service: 1:00 PM on Friday, July 22, 2011 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 200 3rd St. NW, East Grand Forks, MN.
Visitation: 1 Hour Prior Memorial Service in Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Burial: Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery ~ Tabor, MN
