Todd L. 'Trolly' Durand, age 42, of Grafton, ND, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the Altru Hospital of Grand Forks.
Todd L. Durand was born December 30, 1968 at Grafton, ND, the son of Larry and Shirley (Demester) Durand. He grew up and graduated from Grafton High School. He later graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Social Work. Todd was employed at the Grafton Developmental Center as a Boiler Operator.
He enjoyed golfing, camping, fishing, spending time with his family and most of all playing with his niece Alyza.
He is survived by his parents Larry & Shirley Durand, Grafton, ND; sister Jaime (Chris) Mattson, Grafton, ND; his niece Alyza Mattson, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Wilfred and Arbella Durand and Raymond and Margaret Demester and several aunts and uncles.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church of Grafton.
Visitation will be Monday from 5-7 with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at St. John's Catholic Church. Friends may also call at the church on Tuesday for one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
