Michael was born on November 20, 1976 to Raymond and Cheryl (Dittemore) Borth. He graduated from Central High School and was active in Special Olympics.
Survivors are his mother; sister, Susan Boulduc; brothers Edward, Jason and Perry.
Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Norman Funeral Chapel. Viewing one hour before.
Burial: Memorial Park Cemetery.
