Mary L. Houle, age 67 of Grafton, ND passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2011 at the Lutheran Sunset Home of Grafton.

Mary L. Houle, age 67 of Grafton, ND passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2011 at the Lutheran Sunset Home of Grafton.

Mary Louise Bedard was born June 25, 1943 in Bagley, MN the daughter of Robert S. and Stella (Grant) Bedard. She attended school in Argyle, MN. Following her education she moved to St. Paul, MN and lived there until the late 1970's when she moved to Belcourt, ND. She was united in marriage to Joseph Houle in 1976 in Watertown, SD. She later moved to the Grafton and Drayton area where she worked for Kingsbury Farms, Associated Potato and later as a job coach at the Developmental Center.

Mary was a member of the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Grafton and the Lake City Michigan Eagle's Auxiliary.

She is survived by her daughter Cheryl (Tim) Wood, Grafton, ND; her mother Stella (Jim) Sieffert, Lake City, MI; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren and her sisters: Amelda Rose (Vincent) Grant, Fargo, ND; Janice (Paul) Moreno, Mesa, AZ; Debra (Gary) Vacura, Greenbush, MN; Victoria (Dimitri) Philemonof, Anchorage, Alaska.

She was preceded in death by her son Fred, two sisters: Roberta Everett and Viola Trevino, her brother James Bedard and her grandparents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 11:30 A.M. at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church of Grafton.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Grafton. Friends may also call at the church on Wednesday for one hour prior to the service.

Interment will be at the St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS TO THE FAMILY OF MARY. MARY WAS A WONDERFUL SOUL AND WILL BE MISSED DEARLY. I STILL FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE SHE IS GONE. LOVE YOU ALWAYS MARY...TILL WE MEET AGAIN........
