Jay Wilson Cox, 49, died peacefully of cancer at his home, Thanksgiving morning, November 25, 2010.

Jay was born February 15, 1961 to Wilson and Dolores Cox.

Jay owned and operated The Antique Nightclub until 1997, and presently was a partner in Abode design.

He is survived by his father Wilson (Phyllis) of Fargo, brother Jeff (Judy) of Topeka, KS, sisters Patti (Rick) Eider and Susan (Greg) Opp of Grand Forks, and Teri (Mike) Tupa of Fargo, and family friend Jason Restemayer.

He was preceded in death by his mother Dolores.

A party celebrating Jay’s life will be held at the Grand Forks Country Club from 5:30 to 7:30 on Monday evening, November 29, 2010. Family and friends are welcome.
