Ginny and family, Janice and family, Darlene, and all other family members, I first met your dad and you, Darlene, at the bowling alley back in the early 70's at the bowling alley. You were great for all who enjoyed hanging out there. Then upon Ginny joining the family I got to know the rest of your family some -- "mom and dad done well!" Your dad was always such a "people person" and genuine. What a great husband, father, grandfather, and friend to so many. May each of you celebrate his life and share wonderful memories as you work through the loss of someone so special. It was obvious his "dash" from 1922 - 2010 was fulfilled with great experiences and abundant love, joy, and memories shared amongst all of you, You were his pride and joy. I'm on the road this week and will connect with you soon, but wanted you to know that we extend our sympathy to each of you. Sandy and Gerry

I got to know Ernie when I drove the pepsi truck back in the late 70's. I spent way too much time at Cactus Lanes in the early afternoon when I should have been working. Ernie was one of the nicest people I've ever known. Even though I've never met his family, and haven't seen him in almost 30 years, It makes me very sad to know he's gone.
