Ronald Eugene Stevens, 73, died August 2, 2010, at his home in Bull Head City, Arizona. He was born in Taylor, Wisconsin on November 14, 1936, the son of Ralph and Emma (Johnson) Stevens.
From high school, Ron joined the Air Force and served in the Strategic Air Command in Lincoln, Nebraska. While in the Air Force, Ron married Marjorie Hulett on September 17, 1955, in Pigeon Falls, Wisconsin. After military service, he owned and operated a milk hauling business in Taylor, Wisconsin. He went to work for CENEX working in management in the states of Minnesota, Washington and North Dakota spending more than twenty years as the chief executive officer of the CENEX operations in Drayton, ND. For the last twenty years, he was a contractor delivering postal services in Bull Head City, Arizona.
Ron was an active member of the Community Lutheran Church in Bull Head City, Arizona.
Survivors include his wife, Marjorie and their children and families Kevin, (Bee Kramar) of Grand Forks North Dakota and children Tina and Michael, Kimberly Bauer of Denver, Colorado and sons Jeremy and Jason, and grandchildren Khalil Bauer and Zorion Sanders. He is further survived by two sisters, Beverly (Robert) Anderson, LaCrescent, Minnesota, and Cheryl (Thomas) Borreson, Onalaska, Wisconsin and five brothers, Roger (Patricia), Taylor, Wisconsin, Arlan, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, David (Janice) Bella Vista, Arkansas, Daniel (Lynne) Batavia, Illinois, and Donald (Mary), Portage, Wisconsin and numerous nephew and nieces.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and sisters Jean (Lester) Stensven and Phyllis (Burton) Wilson and brother Richard W. Stevens.
Internment is at the Prescott National Cemetery at Prescott, Arizona.
