Gladys Hills, 75, of Grand Forks, ND passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at her home.

Gladys Anderson was born on August 30, 1934 in Grand Forks, ND the daughter of Julien and Thelma (Knutson) Anderson. Gladys grew up and attended school in Grand Forks, and then graduated from High School in East Grand Forks, MN. She moved to California and married Donald Huard and to this union had one son, Brian. Gladys moved back to Grand Forks, ND and worked for the Pillsbury Company. On April 6, 1974 she was united in marriage to Oliver "Bud" Hills in East Grand Forks, MN. They made their home in Grand Forks, ND where they raised their children, Kym and Andrew. After the children were grown, she worked many years for the American Legion Club Post #157 of East Grand Forks, MN. Following the flood of 1997 she worked at the American Legion Club in Manvel, ND. Glady's pastime activities included playing Bingo with her friends and loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

Loving family members of Gladys include her husband Oliver "Bud" Hills of Grand Forks, ND; children: Brian (Tammy) Huard of Tulare, CA, Kym (Jim) Enlow of Grand Forks, ND and Andrew Hills of Fargo, ND; grandchildren: Pamela (Bill), Jennifer, Brian Jr., Corey, Tanner and Bailee along with three great-grandchildren: Will, Blake and Sophie.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister: Judy Lerma and one niece Mary Kay Lerma.

Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 25th, 2010 at the United Lutheran Church, 324 Chestnut St., Grand Forks, ND.
