Ronald Anderson, 56, of Sioux Falls, SD, died Tuesday, March 24, 2009, at Avera McKennan Hospital following an accident at home.

Ronald Anderson, 56, of Sioux Falls, SD, died Tuesday, March 24, 2009, at Avera McKennan Hospital following an accident at home.

Ronald I. Anderson was born October 9, 1952 at Grand Forks, ND. He grew up in Grand Forks where he received his education, graduating from Central High School of Grand Forks in 1970. Following high school, he worked various jobs in the Grand Forks area.

On May 12, 1972, he was united in marriage with Janice Rerick at Grand Forks. The couple had three daughters, Kristine Anderson, Billie Jo Hjelmeland, and Ronelle Anderson; 4 grandchildren, Casey, Kaylee, Logan and Clare. He is also survived by his parents, Therald and Lois Anderson; his brothers, Merrill Anderson, Rodger Anderson, and Gary Anderson; and one sister, Cher Hambrecht.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 28, 2009, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Grand Forks, ND.

Visitation with the family present will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2009, at Miller West Funeral Chapel, Sioux Falls, SD, with a scripture service beginning at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Saturday for one hour prior to service at the Church.

Sorry to hear about Ron I knew him in High school. He was such a great guy and his laugh always lifted everyones spirit. I'm sure he will be greatly missed by all. Debbie Larson

so sorry for your loss.I worked with ron in 1977 for hilde and streach.he showed me how to do drywall ive used it to this day he was a very nice guy.I wont forget him . ALAN ANDERSON ANCHORAGE AK.
