In this July 2012 photo, Reuven Rahamim, the late founder and owner of Minneapolis-based Accent Signage, showed off a new technology he was selling: a proprietary design for incorporating environmentally friendly light-emitting diode (LED) arrays in sign fixtures. Five months after a mass shooting at the company, Accent Signage is now pulling in some of its largest orders ever, thanks to Rahamim’s design.
