Jason Schiller of Grand Forks shot this mule deer buck with a bow in September 2008 while hunting in the North Dakota Badlands. With 15 measurable points; the buck scored 217 1/8 gross and 209 1/8 net the Pope and Young nontypical velvet category for deer taken by archery; making it the highest-scoring nontypical velvet mule deer in the state.
