Army Capt. Seth Nieman, who is recuperating at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., visits with Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D., and Nieman's parents recently, Tony and Jayne Nieman. Capt. Nieman received a Purple Heart for injuries he received in a roadside bomb explosion in Afghanistan in late November.
