South Washington Street and 40th Avenue South


Cars pass through the intersection of South Washington Street and 40th Avenue South on Tuesday in Grand Forks. The City Council will consider approving the installation of temporary traffic signals at the intersection as early as January. The temporary stoplights would cost about $145,000.
