Minnesota senators elected David Hann of Eden Prairie as their minority leader Firday, Nov. 9, 2012. He was a leader of the GOP campaign effort, which resulted in Republicans giving up their Senate majority. Hann said Senate Repubilcans will not change their philosophy despite the defeat.
