Darwin Sumner of Red Lake, Minn., releases yet another walleye June 13 on Sandy Lake in the Red Lake Indian Reservation. The small lakes, which are open to nontribal anglers who buy a special license and hire a tribal guide, offer great fishing, but catch-and-release is crucial to maintaining that quality.
