The Rev. Paul Krueger of Minot's Our Savior Lutheran Church is chairman of a project called Hope Village. It became clear after the 2011 Mouse River flood that there would need to be a place to stay for volunteers helping with recovery, he said. Various faith organizations joined together to create the housing site and coordinate volunteers.
