Launching boat


Boaters get a jump on spring March 23 by putting the boat in on Lake Minnetonka, one of several Minnesota lakes declared as infested because of invasive species such as zebra mussels. Lakefront property owners through lake associations and city governments are frustrated with Minnesota Department of Natural Resources regulations regarding invasive species.
