Bridge collapse memorial letters removed

Letters from the Interstate 35W Remembrance Garden memorial lie in a pile, Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011, in Minneapolis, as two days after the garden was dedicated and opened to the public, as it has been vandalized, with some two dozen stainless steel letters ripped from the memorial's granite face.
