A clean-up crew from Mayo Construction assists the N.D.HIghway Patrol at the site of an oil spill north of Cavalier on N.D. Highway 18 Tuesday.
The semi, which was pulling two trailers full of oil, rolled into a ditch near Cavalier, N.D. around 6 p.m. Monday night, spilling about 5,000 gallons of oil, according to an accident report by the Patrol.
