Lohan's ex-fiancee has told a New York judge she no longer wants to pursue criminal charges against him stemming from a fight last month. Moments later, Major testified she wanted to drop the charge. She also agreed to drop an order of protection requiring Lohan to stay away from her. She didn't explain why she had a change of heart.
