James Mandarino

Streamwood, Ill., police officer James Mandarino leaves the Criminal Courts Building at 26th and California in Chicago on Thursday after having been charged with aggravated battery and official misconduct as the result of a traffic stop in March. The charges were brought after a video showed Mandarino hitting the driver 15 times after firing a Taser at a passenger in the vehicle. (Associated Press).
